Nanami Takeuchi is a London-based illustrator inspired by Japanese mythology, folklore, and her cat Bonito. She creates humorous comics and vibrant prints inhabited by small critters and yōkai, working primarily with ink and brush pens. Fascinated by risograph printing, she embraces the way her delicate lines and rich textures transform into bold colours, often balancing cuteness with a slightly gruesome edge.
