This workshop is aimed for those who are curious about how riso printing works. A great place to start and decide if you’d like to take part of a longer course or book a few printing hours.

What will you learn? I will show you how the RISO machine works, we will play with textures and create a fun composition/illustration that you can print and take home!

How does this work Online?

Basically you take the original workshop, but from the comfort of your home! (And I'll be at the studio).

Part I: You will receive a small intro video and homework beforehand! Don’t worry, you’ll have a week to work your design.

I will need you to send me your work by post or email. 

Part II: We then "meet" on Saturday the 6th of June, where we have a live session and I will print your work! Every one will have an assigned time slot so we can concentrate on your design & print options :D Afterwards, I will send it by post to your home address. 

Pro: you still follow the workshop, have a cool plan for the weekend, and you still have your final output. 

Con: you have to work from home & can't touch the machine. I know it's not the same... BUT when this COVID-crisis is over, I will organize and open studio, so you can come and check it out for yourself! 

I had the best time on the online Taste workshop with Aafke in Riso pop. The introductory video was very clear and she really explained what we needed to do very well. The workshop itself on the day was fun and it was nice to see what everyone else had created and also to see their prints as they were made. I really recommend the course to anyone!
