Welcome to the Riso Club! This is members page which you will have access to for the rest of the year. Every month this page will be updated with the monthly theme, paper special as well as resources and or inspiration gathered for you. My plan is to keep developing this page so it becomes more interactive, with help of your feedback, but for now this will be the basic version.

Quick Overview - Please read

  • Monthly Theme (optional): Every month you will find an optional theme. This is to help you in case you need some inspiration.

  • Paper: We print standard with Biotop 160gsm. Sometimes we have special paper that we will announce beforehand. You are welcome to bring your own paper as well, and if you’d like to use specific paper at the studio this will have extra costs.

  • Calendar (fixed): When you scroll down you will find printing session date as well as the deadline to send in your files. We use this information to have paper stock ready and plan the printing sessions.

  • Printing Session: Printing sessions will take place on the last Saturday of the months (with certain exceptions). You can decide to join the live session and print with us, or select the shipping option.
    I will always print your work as long as you send it before the deadline.

Riso Club July


Welcome to the July edition of Riso Club,

To switch things up a bit, I’d love to invite you all to join us for a summery evening session at the studio, 
or as the Dutch say, a gezellig “borrel” with drinks and snacks!

So please note: this month we’ll start a bit later, at 16:00 (4pm)!

But we are still printing! So our (optional) theme for this month is:

Summer Clouds!

Get inspired by: soft rain showers (or monsoons!) fluffy clouds against blue skies,
or wispy streaks of light on a late summer evening.
Whether you want to go abstract or atmospheric, dreamy or graphic, use the theme as you like!

Preparing your files

  • Please have your designs ready, in B&W - A4 format

  • Your design should be in separate files per colour.

  • These files should be saved as PDF’s

  • Please also send your full colour version so I can use as reference (in JPEG or PNG).

Printing Session at Studio


Print session will take place at the studio on Maasstraat 182.

For this edition, come whenever you like, as we will have the ‘borrel’ (hopefully outside!) so you can relax, chat and wait for your turn to print :)

If you want to send in designs for printing, feel free to do so—just note that we’ll print them at a later time.

New Riso Club Collab: 
Pigeon Zine!

It’s been a while since we made a Riso Club zine, so what better moment than now to start a new one?

One of our long-time members, and Riso Club fan and supporter,  Eva, will soon be leaving the country. Many of you will know her from past sessions, and if you do, you’ll also know she has a deep love for pigeons. Yes, pigeons!

So, in her honour (and as a little nod to our much-loved Bird Zine from a few years back) I’d love to invite you to join this new collaborative project: the Pigeon Zine.

Each participant will get a spread to fill however you like, as long as it fits the theme: pigeons. We will set a colour palette and guidelines.

If you’re interested, please sign up via the form as you scroll down the page (I’ll add it along with the file form). You’ll then receive a separate email with the brief and handout.

Let’s make a cool zine together!

I know everyone is planning on vacations etc - this zine project is not meant to be finished this month!
We will set a decent deadline for everyone :)

  • Sending Files > Since WeTransfer has become a pain (€) we have found some new free options for you: Swisstransfer, Transfernow & Google Docs folder, as it is easy for bigger documents.

  • Please send them as PDF with a reference pic in colour in JPEG.
